When Celco Holdings and/or it’s subsidiaries (known collectively as CCL from this point) collects private personal
information about you we will explain why it is needed, the intended use, and have you consent to its stated use.
CCL will obtain your consent prior to sharing the above information with a third party unless we are required by
law to do so.

This policy does not cover private personal information that is not protected by the Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information previously provided to us about you including your personal information will be used for the purpose
originally intended.
If you do not consent to the continued use of your information as outlined above please write to the privacy
officer.

3. Protecting Your Information
We will protect your personal information with appropriate security measures, policy and safeguards.
Your information will be held by CCL until it is deemed no longer useful or required to keep by law.

4. Information Access
Upon your written request we will provide you with copies of your personal information we have on file. This
information will be provided to you within 30 days of the receipt of your request.
You may correct or amend your personal information upon request. CCL will advise all third parties of these
changes where appropriate.

5. Privacy Concerns
You may withdraw or refuse to give consent to the collection, use, and release of your personal information. CCL
will make record and inform you of the implications of your withdrawal or refusal.
To withdraw or refuse the collection or use of personal information or to express concerns please write to the
privacy officer. We will investigate and respond to your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your concerns you
